If you have any of the following conditions, you shouldn’t take Pedialyte: dehydration, high potassium levels in your blood, familial hyperkalemic periodic paralysis, Thomsen disease, complete or severe heart block, stomach muscle paralysis or decreased function and severe renal impairment.
